Best Buddies and Ducks

Evan and Dallin really do get a long pretty well. Dallin will beat up Evan every now and then but that is because he thinks its funny he can hurt his big brother. Evan is too sweet to do anything back to him. In fact the times I see Evan driving Dallin the most nuts is when he is trying to kiss him on the head. Evan is very affectionate, he is always giving kisses and it drives Dallin nuts. He will hit him and push him away every time he tries. This morning Sarah looked over and saw Ev and Dal watching Diego sitting like this.



When Sarah and I were first married we lived in this little apartment in Logan, behind the apartment was a canal, in the fall and spring there were about 10 ducks that would float the canal and get out right out side our apartment. In the spring before we moved they had babies and we loved to see them. We would go out and feed them bread in the evenings.

When we were looking at our house we live in now we found out there was a canal with ducks and we knew we had found our house. The boys love to walk to the canal and see the ducks. It is a lot of fun to feed them. There are about 30-40 down there and it keeps getting more and more. Every year in the spring they wander the neighborhoods in couples looking for places to lay eggs. The other night they were checking out our yard and Dallin thought that was great! He later grabbed the spray bottle and tried to get them wet. The ducks were not fans of that as much as Dallin was having fun spraying them!
